The struggles of weight loss

Yes, the holidays are a time for celebration and indulgence, but that doesn't mean you can't get in shape. The truth is, many women gain several pounds during the winter months and don't realize it until spring rolls around. If you want to be ready for your summer wardrobe, then now is the time to start shedding those extra pounds.

Here are some tips on how to lose weight after Christmas:

Make a list of everything you ate over the last few days and tally up how many calories were consumed each day. You may be surprised at how much food was consumed during your holiday meals. Write down everything you eat for one week and keep track of how many calories are being consumed each day so that you can make adjustments accordingly.

Eat more fiber-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains because they fill you up without adding too many calories to your diet. Also try eating smaller portions of high-fat foods like gravy or cream sauces to help curb hunger pangs between meals without depriving yourself from enjoying delicious holiday treats!

Drink plenty of water every day instead of sugary beverages like soda pop or fruit punch because these drinks contain empty calories that won't fill you up but will add unwanted pounds to your waistline!

Hope this helps you get through the holidays!

With Love,

Amelia
